YOUR INFORMATION.
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS.
A practical explanation of the public website features currently available.
Pixel’s browser-only guide
Pixel matches common questions to approved House of Pixels information and helps outline a project inquiry. It is not generative AI. Your questions and project outline are processed in your browser, without sending chat messages to OpenAI, Upstash, our server or our CRM.
Conversation state is held in page memory, without local or session storage, and is cleared when you clear chat or reload. Only four recent exchanges are displayed; your project outline stays until cleared or reloaded. Closing Pixel leaves the conversation available when you reopen it. Do not include passwords or confidential information.
Your inquiry draft
The public email composer and Pixel’s editable inquiry draft keep your text in page memory. Draft edits are not sent to the AI provider. It does not submit it to our CRM or save it in browser storage. Opening the email link passes the draft to your email app; copying uses your device clipboard. Your email provider handles the message when you send it.
Messages you send us
We use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Please do not include passwords, trading credentials, account numbers, payment card information or sensitive financial documents. Contact hello@houseofpixels.tech to ask about access to or deletion of information you have sent us.
Website delivery
Our hosting infrastructure processes requests needed to serve and protect the site. Private authentication and CRM routes are unavailable in the public-only release. Hosting or deployment protection may use necessary security cookies. This page describes the public guide and inquiry experience; additional services will need their own information before activation.
